Summary:
A Major Accounts Associate is responsible for executing daily operational tasks within their designated area(s) of responsibility, as it relates to the fulfillment of sales orders for the company's national retail accounts.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned)oProcess order fulfillment tasks in the pick, pack or ship areas of responsibility (AOR)oComplete assignments and maintain daily workflows in the AORoMove of merchandise and materials through the AORoLearn and maintain internal process requirements and client compliance standards in each phase of the fulfillment cycleoUtilize computers, mobile devices and manual means to record, document and report order fulfillment dataoMaintain, track and report department equipment and material volumesoMaintain compliance to company policies, safety standards and workplace etiquetteSupervisory
Responsibilities:

QualificationsEducation and
Experience:
oHigh school diploma or GEDoPrevious experience in the retail, e-commerce, distribution or related field is preferredSpecial Requirements:
