General Laborer

Huhtamaki, a leading supplier of drinking cups, frozen desert, and food packaging containers, has an immediate opening for a General Laborer in the Fulton, New York facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning, sweeping, packing, palletizing, painting, manual lifting up to 50 lbs, labeling boxes, outside lawn care, custodian tasks, cross training for machine operator or tow motor operator; perform AIB and SQF tasks, other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Experience:
Must be 18 years or older at time of hire. High school Diploma or GED preferred, manufacturing or production experience preferred, related experience such as military experience a plus; work in wide range of ambient temperatures, ability to walk stand, climb frequently during each shift; ability to work any shift and weekends when scheduled; have good communication skills; computer skills a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
